On Thursday 19 May, more than 350 people from across the coach tourism community will gather at the Holiday Inn at Stratford-upon-Avon for the Coach Tourism Awards 2011.
These are the only awards that focus specifically on the coach tourism community. Brought to you by leading magazine, Coach Monthly, the awards are split into five categories: Coach tour operators; products; destinations, suppliers; and people.
The event is being supported by VisitEngland together with the Coach Tourism Council and the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK.
This year they’ve made a few changes to the event, some prompted by comments from those who attended last year, and some that will clarify the entry and judging processes for the awards themselves.
There’s a new award for the Coach Tourism Professional of the Year, open to nominations from across the coach tourism community. There’s also a new award recognising excellence in coach tour operators’ website design and content.
